April 2024 Club Meeting

With Special Guest Speaker, Will Southerland, Williams, manager of north transmission construction. 

Will Southerland, Williams, manager of north transmission construction, grew up in the oil and gas industry and is a proud third-generation oil and gas worker. He started his career in the field, working 7-day weeks and long hours. After 13 years, he switched to the company side, leading construction in the NE. Still working long hours, he started seeing how our industry impacts people and health. He decided to learn more about the diverse workforce and what it would take to make the workforce successful. This started his path down employee performance and mental health. For the last 5 years, he has been on research teams and spoken at major events to highlight how important our workforce is and how leaders can facilitate good mental health and work life balances.

Meeting Logistics

Check-In

With our new web site and registration system we now have the ability to check in using a technology we’ve all become familiar with – a QR Code (see photo to the right). Upon payment and registration completion you will receive a “ticket” in your email that includes a QR Code. Please have that email (or QR Code) pulled up on your mobile device as you prepare to check in to speed up the process. Your code will be scanned at the registration desk and you’ll be checked in. Once checked in, you can pick up your name tag and drink tickets. Note: that the QR Code is specific to your registration for this meeting and will not work otherwise.

Payment

Once your payment is received and processed, you will be emailed your receipt and ticket. Your ticket will have the QR Code on it.

Notes:

1. Table sales end 3 days before the event.
2. Regular ticket pricing ends 3 days before the event.
3. LATE REGISTRATION starts 3 days before and ends 1 day before the event.
4. Log in for Member Pricing (currently active and student members).
