Special Guest Speaker:
JP Warren

JP Warren began his career in the oil and gas industry at Noble Drilling in 2005 where he took a role in HSE. His work focused on offshore operations until the BP Macondo incident placed a moratorium on the Gulf of Mexico. JP pivoted and took an Acting Country Manager role for Archer in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As that wrapped up he moved back to Houston where he was placed in a sales/Business Development role in 2012. After a short stint in Sales with Archer, he moved to Pinnergy where he would remain for over 7 years building the company name and growing the business throughout various basins. Eventually, he would take on the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a Project Management company, growing it’s online followers from under 500 to over 5,000 in 16 months during the pandemic. During this time, he realized the importance of connections and people’s networks. When people lost their jobs, one thing became clear: it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. In the summer of 2021, JP pursued his passion for connecting people and establishing genuine relationships. He formed Connection Crüe, which shortly after led to the establishment of the Crüe Club, a networking group focused on E&P Operators. Kids Crüe was developed to promote energy education and STEM activities and careers. Exec Crüe was formed to bring executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs together to create a community of shared learning and support. JP as an advocate for the energy industry has published “Energy for Everyone” children’s book, has written numerous short stories, and hosts a podcast called “Energy Facts Chats” where he tries to bridge the gap between energy expectations and energy realities.

Check-In:

With our new web site and registration system we now have the ability to check in using a technology we’ve all become familiar with – a QR Code (see photo to the right). Upon payment and registration completion you will receive a “ticket” in your email that includes a QR Code. Please have that email (or QR Code) pulled up on your mobile device as you prepare to check in to speed up the process. Your code will be scanned at the registration desk and you’ll be checked in. Once checked in, you can pick up your name tag and drink tickets. Note: that the QR Code is specific to your registration for this meeting and will not work otherwise.
