The Club is comprised of the following operating committees:

Events

The purpose of the Events Committee is to oversee various events hosted by the Club – all events besides the monthly meetings, including golf tournaments, sporting clays shooting events and other events that the Club might contemplate.

Members: The Events Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.

Finance

The purpose of the Finance Committee is to provide financial oversight for the Club and to report the fiscal position of the Club to the Board.

Members: The Finance Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.

Governance

The purpose of the Governance Committee is to aid the Board in the continual development of the Board. Recruit and vet potential Board Members and Officers.

Members: The Committee shall include a minimum of three (3) members with a minimum of two (2) member being members of the Board.

Marketing & Communications

The purpose of the Marketing  & Communications Committee is to aid the Board in the management and implementation of communication with the general public and the Membership. Manages the web site, email notifications and social media. Also oversees and develops relationships with various organizations and to make the community aware of the Club’s existence and benefits. Also, manage the Club’s Sponsorship programs.

Members: The Marketing Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.

Membership & Scholarship

The purpose of the Membership & Scholarship Committee is to to oversee coordination of and communication with the Membership. Manages member information and is responsible for the Online Members Directory. The Committee also oversees the scholarship program (application, evaluation and award recommendations) and administers the Club’s Scholarship policy.

Members: The Membership & Scholarship Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.

Program (includes Veterans)

The purpose of the Program Committee is to oversee and coordinate event and meeting speakers and locations. Recruit top-quality speakers for our meetings. And promote and attract veterans and recently honorably discharged military personnel to the Energy industry by means of the Pipeliners Club events.

Members: The Program Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.

Young Professionals

The purpose of the Young Professionals Committee is to oversee and implement networking, events, and other opportunities for the Corporation’s Young Professionals. Plan events for younger Club members.

Members: The Young Professions Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.
